Terms of Services

General conditions:
- I reserve the right to reject commissions/client if inappropriate or if I am not comfortable with doing it
- commissions are non-refundable once started
- please credit me when sharing your final commision! (@saltnyako)
- DO NOT use my commissions commercially (unless requested specifically), as an NFT, use it to train AI, sell it, or claim it as your own. If requesting a comm commercially, extra money (up to 2x the total amount) will be asked to be paid.

Failure of following the conditions, or being in general rude/inappropriate will result in being put on the blacklist and will be unable to commission me permanently (this includes your alt accounts or anyway to contact me).

- specific fandom characters (ill let you know if i will not draw your requested fandom character)

- mecha

I will try drawing (but very picky):
- complex backgrounds (depends)
- heavy gore/violence
- suggestive
- macho

Deadlines and Progress:
- production ranges from a week to 2+ months
- feel free to let me know if there is a deadline for your comm
- please be patient! unless there is a deadline given for a good reason I will be occupied with school/work/life in general (ty for understanding ;-;)
- i will keep you updated in case something unexpected happens that would delay the progress
- will send you multiple wips but you can only request 3 changes only during the rough draft/sketch phase (small tweaks on details are fine)-feel free to ask questions!! communication is very important and is totally fine if you are confused with some things :D

Paying:
- please pay 50% up front! (for sketch comm pay fully)
- when I finalize the sketch, please pay the rest of the 50
- I can accept Paypal (preferable), Kofi, Venmo, and Cashapp- for animation comms: a flat fee will be requested for the sketch/storyboarding then i will determine the rest once i see how complex the scenes/frames are (but sketch comms will be full pay)

requesting style to be done on CSP instead of procreate - I have two distinctive styles I use from different programs. I currently mainly use procreate but you can request for the CSP style.--hover over drawings to see details!--
